Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, that is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered, you have the option of returning them within 14 days of receipt.

How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please do the following to begin the return process.

Make sure the email contains the following:
Order number
Reason for the return request
Photo of the product in case of breakage
First name + last name of the customer
Address of the customer
We will then talk to you and give you the return address.
Never send the item back to the sender, we will send you the correct address when you have asked us to. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs when returning the product.
The consumer has the right of withdrawal according to the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes not predominantly related to his or her commercial or professional activity:

Registration of shipments in transit
As our items are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, it is not possible to cancel. Please wait until you receive the items and then return them to us. You can of course inform us in advance of your cancellation.
To guarantee you the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you cancel this agreement, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (but not extra costs as a result of you choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this agreement and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; you will not be charged for this refund under any circumstances.
